Okada Projects Coil-Over Plug Plasma Direct - Available for most BMW from year 1992 to 2008

The Plasma Direct is the ignition coil with a high power amplifier

built in to it. The Plasma Directs produce 4 times more spark

energy than stock coils and also generate an ultra fast multi spark

discharge of 10 sparks up to highest RPM. The spark amperage is

increased 100%, allowing the spark to reach many more molecules

and therefore accelerate the ignition and combustion process. This

is extremely important in forced induction applications but also

improves the performance of normally aspirated engines.
The Plasma Direct will increase horsepower and torque throughout

the entire rpm range. This upgrade will also reduce fuel consumption.

Okada Projects Coil Ground Tuning kit - Available for most BMW from year 1992 to 2008

The Plasma Ground is connected at the ground side of the ignition coil

and increases performance and engine efficiency by creating an ultra fast

alternating current at the secondary spark discharge, this is called Coil

Ground Tuning. Plasma Ground works perfectly together with all other

discharge current. Increase in secondary current is extremely important,

since it creates a faster burn for high performance engines. The Plasma

Denso Iridium Power performance spark plugs - Available for most AUDI model

Denso Iridium Spark Plugs feature the world's smallest center electrode,

measuring 0.4mm in diameter. Because the majority of spark is exposed

to the air/fuel instead of the metal surface, the fuel burn is greater

(0.5 increase over platinum), which ultimately improves gas mileage.

The tiny 0.4mm tip doesn't get in the way of the electrical current, which

means less voltage is required to create the spark. This lets the spark

plug respond effectively to greater extremes of driving conditions, assuring

optimum performance all the time.

Eurocar Motorsport power pulleys kit - Available for E46, E39 and E38 6 cylinders model (included E46 M3)

Eurocar Motorsport power pulleys are made from 6061 T6

Billet Aluminium and feature their own proprietary stealth

black hard anodized coating for long life. Lightening

Slots are added to reduce the pulley weight and the

rotational inertia which allows the pulleys to be

accelerated quicker over heavier designs.

Eurocar Motorsport power pulleys are simple in operation and

work by reducing the rpm's on the driven engine accessories.

By driving these accessories slower, more horsepower is

"made-free" to the wheels. You will notice that the engine

rev quicker and be more responsive.

Typical power ranges will vary from 5 to 11hp.

Sprint Booster power converter - Available for all BMW model year from 2000 to 2008

Most cars in the 21st century have replaced the more conventional

throttle cable for an ECM (Electronic Control Module) that translates

how hard the pedal is pushed into electronic signals in order to provide

power to the wheels. The ETC (Electronic Throttle Control), which is

also known as Drive-By-Wire, has the unfortunate downside of delayed

response and subdued acceleration, which can create problems in certain

situations such as up-hill starts, quick gearchanges and overtaking.

The Sprint Booster aims to overcome this throttle response delay for

ETC equipped vehicles, by providing crisp, on-tap acceleration for

whenever the driver demands it.

Hiop ECU remap programs - Available for all BMW model from 09/1996 to 2008

Most chip tuners only adjust the Rev. limiter and speed limiter

and they do this in a very add hock way. With the OBD2

programs even this has to be done in a very precise manner

to be safe and effective.

At Hiop, we also change the ignition curve, fuel curve and

VANOS advance and retard. As a result we are able to increase

power and torque at low and high RPM. We program each car

individually not just selecting a program from a data bank.

HIOP stroker kits - Available for most BMW model

The basic kits consists of, Crankshaft, Pistons; Rings,

Bearings, Head gasket, Fuel pressure regulator, and where

required Conrods. All power figures quoted below are achieved

only when the kits are installed in accordance with the correct

tolerances and with hiop camshaft, Exhaust system and

computer program.

HIOP sports exhaust header - Available for most BMW model

The hiop extractor header is manufactured in highly polished

100% stainless steel. All six branches are of equal length and

diameter. The systems are developed as simple "bolt on" units

for easy after market installation (no welding), and to provide

increased mid-range torque and top end power, in both standard

and performance tuned BMW E36. E39 and E46 six cylinder cars.

Dbilas Dynamic individual throttle system features six individual

45mm throttle plates. One of each cylinder. The system is designed

for maximum intake flow. The manifolds and throttle bodies are high

quality aluminium casting. The choice of aluminium versus composite

permits further porting and polishing for additional performance gains.
